STEP 1 English Proficiency Assessment

As part of our qualification process, we require all candidates to complete an English proficiency assessment to ensure effective communication with our clients.

  1. Please complete the EFSET Quick Check to assess your English proficiency.
  2. After completing the test, download the PDF of your results and attach it to the form below.
  3. Please note: You are allowed to take the test only once every 90 days, so be sure to complete it carefully. If you need to retake the test due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be required to use a different email address.

STEP 2 Technical Requirements

To meet the technical requirements for your application, please follow these steps:

  1. Take Photos/Screenshots of the following:
    • Computer Specs: Open your computer’s system information and capture a screenshot showing details such as the processor, RAM, and operating system.
    • Internet Speed: Go to Speedtest and take a screenshot of the results.
    • Backup Devices: Ensure you have backup devices available and take a photo if applicable.
    • Photo of USB Headset: With Noise-Canceling Feature
    • Photo of Webcam: With Full HD (720p) video capture

STEP 3 Bottleneck Application Form

You are now at the final step of the application process. Before filling out the form below, ensure you have the following:

  1. EFSET Results in PDF format
  2. Technical Requirements: **Note that these will be verified by our team during your final interview.
    • Screenshot of Computer Specs
    • Screenshot of Internet Speed
    • Photo of USB Headset: With Noise-Canceling Feature
    • Photo of Webcam: With Full HD (720p) video capture • Photo of Backup Devices (If Applicable)
